Privacy Policy

What this site knows about its readers.

What is collected here?

This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We run no analytics software, no advertising pixels and no visitor-tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.

What do affiliate links pass on?

Operator links here can carry a referral marker โ€” that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. Your name is not revealed to us, but the law can treat referral markers, click identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we would rather be straight about it.

Who handles my data on the casino site?

Following a link to Party Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. Their collection practices are not ours to control, and your account, deposits and documents there are invisible to us.

What cookies does this site set?

We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

Can under-age readers use it?

These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them.

Does GDPR apply?

These pages are written for a Canada audience. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.

Can I ask you to delete my data?

Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in portable form, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your national privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.

What happens if I email you?

Our contact form is not active โ€” it sends nothing anywhere. Write to one of the addresses on the Contact page and your message and address stay with us only while the question is open. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Anything you want to ask about privacy here can be sent via the Contact page.
